Get A Taste Of Ramadan Season At Sharjah’s Al Qasba Food Festival
Kicking off last Saturday, April 1 is Sharjah’s Al Qasba Food Festival. The annual culinary festival is offering a delectable experience until next Saturday, April 8. Open daily following tarawih prayer, here’s all you need to know about the free festival.
From Emirati chef Hanan Al-Dawla to Greek chef Alexandros Pavlopoulos, this round is set to feature various celebrity chefs giving three-hour cooking demonstrations.
Across the week, there will also be cooking show competitions in addition to musical shows and street performances.
Along with the cooking shows competitions, other competitions are set to take place daily such as a food carving completion where the UAE’s top chefs battle it out and show off their skills.
Exhibition of gourmet foods from exhibitors and local talents will also be present along with young chefs having the opportunity to hone their cooking passion at the Young Chef’s Academy.
Foods from around the world will be presented by different chefs at the festival.
