Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Emir of Dubai, has inspired the youth to open a restaurant by the name of Flow that aims to inspire young people to lead happy lives. The idea is a product of a partnership with Emirates Youth Council, and her excellency Shamma bint Suhail Faris Al Mazuri, the UAE Minister of State for Youth Affairs.

Flow mainly targets young people. Why, you ask? It is a great meeting point for young people who need a co-working space as they have WiFi, USB and plug connections. Oh, and that’s not the only reason. Everyone who works there is under the age of 30.

All the food that gets served there is organic and locally sourced, and the menu practices portion control with gluten-free, vegan, Paleo and dairy-free options. They also have offerings which are perfect to have on-the-go as a healthy snack – think salads, juices, and beetroot muffins.

Her excellency Al Mazuri stated that “The correct diet ensures a healthy mind and when people are in this state – the state of Flow as we call it – they reach their optimum potential. Flow is where the UAE’s next generation of innovative leaders will connect, create and converse over nutritious food and specialty coffee in a space that nurtures creativity.”
