Art is precious, and stealing art is never accepted.
Qing Han, commonly called Qinni, who recently passed away, was a Canadian anime-inspired artist with over two million followers, who have recently been furious, saying that Qinni never sold her art.
A few days ago, Qinni’s fans took Twitter and Instagram by storm, accusing Melon Notebooks, an Egyptian stationery of stealing the late artist’s designs.
In response, the Egyptian stationery shop posted on their Instagram account claiming that they have permission from the late artist.
We aren’t sure who to believe, but we definitely think the shop needs to show solid proof of their permission, to keep the issue from escalating further.
