Egypt Fitness Fest, powered by Reebok, sponsored by our favorite healthy snacks Bake Stix & Rolz and Iwan Developments and brought to you by In The Zone Sports, is coming up on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 23-24 and we cannot wait for all the fun this two-day fitness event in New Cairo has in store for the entire family.
As part of this mega exercise festival, the finals of the highly-anticipated ELFIT Reebok Competition, which pits athletes from five countries against one another in the ultimate fitness challenge, will take place throughout the weekend.
Egypt Fitness Fest is packed with activities and games, free sessions by top instructors, an exciting obstacle course, cycling and running, fitness and equipment expos, a healthy cooking station and a kids’ area. And, of course, it isn’t a festival without live music to pump you up and get those endorphins flowing!
Basically, Egypt Fitness Fest features all of your favorite healthy living providers — from TRX to Zumba, CrossFit to Pilates, Jumping Fitness to Les Mills — in one weekend, in one place. It’s a fitness freak’s dream come true, whether you’re an exercise newbie or a gym pro.
We’re especially excited for the El FIT Competition, where the top finalists from Egypt, UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon and Palestine go head to head in seven different categories. Stay tuned for our athlete interviews, including Bake Stix & Rolz-sponsored competitors from Egypt, Khaled Moneeb and Julia Alexan.
Three types of tickets are available: a family ticket for 150 LE (admission for two adults + two kids), a weekend ticket for 100 LE and a one-day ticket for 75 LE. But if you’re smart, you’ll pre-book here and save up to 30% off!
