The city of Dubai is always full of lights and festivities, and this week it’s for a good reason! Dubai is celebrating Diwali from the 27th till the 31st of October with extravagant festivities. Diwali is one of the most popular Hindu festivals, and it celebrates the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.

This year, grand fireworks will take place and will light up the sky at Festival Bay in Dubai. Visitors should head there early to secure a spot or to make an unforgettable evening out of it. Head to Palm Jumeirah (26 October, 9 pm) and Al Seef by the Creek (27 October, 8:30 pm).
