Did Another Mahragan Steal Music From a Popular Song? This Time it’s Sherine Vs Hamo Bika!
Remember when Omar Kamal and Hassan Shakosh were accused of stealing the music of Mohamed Hamaki’s ‘Haga Mestakhabeya’ in their viral track Bint El Giran? Well, a similar incident just occurred again, but this time it’s Hamo Bika and Sherine.
At the beginning of February, Hamo Bika released a new mahragan called “Dal2o El Khamra”, and the music is very similar to Sherine’s “Katar Kheery”. The song’s music was composed by Tamer Aly 11 years ago and became one of Sherine’s most popular hits.
According to ETBilarabi, this is the third time that Tamer’s music was stolen and turned into a mahragan. As his music for Tamer Hosny’s “Ya Be3eed” was stolen and turned into a mahragan called “Ya Hadeed”, and Elissa’s “Fatet Seneen” was turned into “Borg El Gad3ana”. Tamer stated that he’ll file a legal complaint against the copyright infringement happening against him.
