Are You Ready to “SAY YES” With Egypt’s Peace and love Marathon?

For quite some time, Egypt has been a car facing bump after bump on an uneven and endless road. Limitless and vigorous labors have been made for its maintenance and now it’s time for people to take a break and to unite towards a common goal: Positive Thinking!

Fulfilling this goal, Dr. Marwa Mashhour, founder of the International Academy for Training & Consulting since 2011, is sponsoring the Peace and Love Marathon (SAY YES) on the 27^th of April at the Dreamland Sports Club. Based on the event description on their Facebook page, the goal is to alter people’s mindset to positive thoughts and words like “YES to health”, “YES to better education”, “YES to prosperity”, “YES to love”, and “YES to peace” rather than negative emotions like “NO to cancer”, “NO to ignorance”, “NO to poverty”, and “NO to terrorism”.

The marathon is envisioned to be one Egypt’s biggest sporting events. All age groups are allowed to join with free giveaways to the dynamic participants at the end of the day comprising shirts, medals, and certificates. Also, the list of the types of various races will include cycling contests, half marathons, family runs, and races for those with special needs.
