The Opus: Everything You Need to Know About Zaha Hadid’s Iconic Dubai Project
After almost a decade in development, The Opus Omniyat is finally taking shape in Dubai. Designed by late legendary architect Dame Zaha Hadid, the mixed-use project is rapidly approaching completion, and it looks out of this world.
It will have 56,000 square feet of office space, a rooftop bar, and a nightclub in its basement, 12 restaurants, and ME Dubai. It will also have a five-star boutique hotel with only 93 guest rooms and 60 apartments.
“The Opus by Omniyat is scheduled for completion this summer. It will be the next iconic building in Dubai’s cityscape, instantly recognizable for the organic void at its heart, and we have the late Dame Zaha Hadid to thank for its truly unique design,” Mahdi Amjad, Executive Chairman and CEO at Omniyat, said.
