Meet “Mama Maggie” dubbed “Egypt’s Mother Teresa” the woman who has dedicated her life to Cairo’s slums and helping both Christian & Muslim children and their families towards a better life.

Mama Maggie is the founder of Stephen’s Children, an organization that supports the impoverished children of Cairo, although many may not know her here in her own country, she has been recognized for her work internationally, and with the latest news of her being nominated for a Nobel Peace prize.

If she wins she would become the FIRST Egyptian woman as well as the fifth Egyptian to win the Peace prize. Prior to being an angel sent from heaven, Gobran was a computer-science professor at the American University in Cairo.
