At The Energy Circle, you can get moving with workouts, dance to fun music, and take on exciting challenges. It’s all designed to make you feel supercharged and in a great mood.

The Conversation Pit is a cozy place where you can join interesting talks and workshops to learn new things and meet nice people.

If you need to relax, go to The Sanctuary for yoga and meditation to feel calm and peaceful. And if you like adventures, The Wadi has exciting outdoor activities waiting for you. Each area is made to help you feel good and have a great time

Tickets cost 150 Dirhams per day, and all the money goes to the Al Jalila Foundation, a charity in the UAE that helps with medical education and research through Heroes of Hope.

The organizers have highlighted that you don’t have to be a sports expert or dressed head-to-toe in Nike gear to join in. With a wide range of activities, the festival welcomes people from all backgrounds to find something that suits their wellness aims.

Tickets are up for grabs now!
