Here’s What The UK’s Independent Newspaper Had to Say About Egypt’s New Administrative Capital
Egypt’s New Administrative Capital has been attracting everyone’s attention recently, from governments all around the world to celebrities who are looking to invest. But since that all people seem to have an opinion, The Independent, UK’s leading news agency, had the best opinion we’ve seen so far. They didn’t only compare it to the most futuristic megalopolis cities in the world, they stated that the city “offers a chance to rebrand Egypt as a stable and internationally inviting sort of place that is considering the future as well as being a guardian of the past”
The New Administrative Capital is located in the area between the Cairo-Suez and Cairo-Ain Sokhna roads, east of the regional ring road. This is roughly 60km from the cities of Suez and Ain Sokhna. It will feature 1,250 mosques and churches, a 5,000-seat conference center, nearly 2,000 schools, and colleges, over 600 medical facilities, and a park that is projected to be the world’s largest.
