As fans were waiting for the release of Elissa’s video clips from her Summer album, the Lebanese star shocked the Arab World on Tuesday revealing instead that she was fighting breast cancer.
With the date of 17 of December 2017, the video of Ila Kol Elli Bihebouni “To Those Who Love Me” song begins with footages of a woman inside an MRI machine. A cancer patient who turned out to be our very own Elissa showing the superstar’s journey fighting cancer.
The Video Clip’s Producer and a Friend of Ellisa, Angy Jammal, confirmed that these were real voice notes sent to her by Elissa. “She called me one day and said: I want to tell my story. She sent me all these voice notes that you heard in the clip not knowing that I will find in them the best way to reflect her state of mind and her unbelievable story of illness, pain, and survival,” Jammal expressed.
Moreover, the music video had over three million views in less than 24 hours after its release. Fans and celebrities started showing the 46-year-old star outpouring support, sending her warm messages.
