5 Christmas Markets In Dubai To Get You Ready For The Holidays

As Dubai’s malls and shops embrace the Christmas spirit, you’ll find a full choice of seasonal gifts on display and events to attend. The Ripe Market

The Ripe Market is one of the most popular markets in Dubai. Its Christmas edition will probably make it even more popular among the public, especially as its entrance is free! It’s ongoing from Dec. 3 till Jan. 1, 2023, on Saturdays from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm, and on Sundays from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm. Dubai Opera

From Dec. 21 to 22, Dubai Opera will be is hosting a Jazz concert under the name “The Sound of Christmas” that will feature all your favorite Christmas songs, including Santa Baby, Jingle Bell Rock, Winter Wonderland, All I Want for Christmas Is You, Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree, and many more. To make it clear, the Dubai Opera Big Band features twenty-five of the very best Jazz musicians in the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The Band’s leader is the hugely talented Adam Long, who has a long association with Dubai Opera productions. So you’ll be in for some of the most entertaining Christmas vibes in the city. Winterfest at Dubai Media City

From Saturday, Nov. 19 to Sunday, Dec. 18. Dubai Media City Amphitheatre will welcome a first-of-its-kind Christmas market for the duration of the World Cup. This will kick off with a Christmas tree lighting experience and be followed by four weeks of Christmassy experiences that include a festive market, and much more. Entry to Winterfest will be included with a fan zone ticket, which starts from just Dhs50 and is fully redeemable on food and drink.

Madinat Jumeirah Festive Market

From Christmas carols to huge Christmas trees, this is one of the top Dubai Christmas markets. The festive market will be available from Thursday, Dec. 15 to Friday, December 30 from Mon-Thu starting at 3 pm. There will be a giant snowball zone, a bungee jump, and a gingerbread house-making station. It’s a perfect family outing, it’s open till late at night, and you’ll get the chance to go on a ride with Santa!

Habtoor Palace Festive Garden

Located in Business Bay, this Christmas market has a number of food and market stalls with so many different kinds of food, beverage, and things to buy. Set in its beautiful gardens with twinkling fairy lights overhead and the stunning backdrop of Habtoor Palace, you will be feeling festive in no time. It’s an ideal festive destination for some post-work socializing or a weekend outing for all of the family, you’ll be able to enjoy carols, live performances from street artists, and while not yet confirmed, possibly a meet and greet with Santa Claus.
