Amidst the negativity that is looming over some Americans during the 2020 US elections that are currently taking place, there is a glimpse of hope. There were some very important, and influential, local level elections going on, and fortunately, the results of these elections were promising and brought hope to many. From Arabs to Africans, some of the candidates are advocating equitable education and safer communities, while others fight for social, economic, and environmental justice. To sum it up, all of them are striving to make the American Dream a reality for all.
