11 Little Moments That Make Anyone’s Day Better

Sometimes, happiness comes in small packages – bits of joy that seem to come out of nowhere, but are enough to lift your spirits and lighten your mood.

Those little doses of pleasure should be honored because, even though they may seem minor, they’re incredibly important. They can turn your day around, which can have a positive effect on those around you. And the feeling we get from those small moments makes up the whole of what we think “happiness” is.

1. When your favorite fast food delivery place overfills the fries box. Bag fries are the best fries!

3. When you have your first, glorious, much-needed cup of coffee for the day. Thank God for caffeine!

 

 

 

4. When you buy something at CFC and take it to the cash register and it turns out to be on sale. Score!

 

 

 

5. When the person you’re thinking about texts you in the same moment. 🙂

7. When you do something small, but kind, for someone else.
