UAE

Dazzling Christmas decorations have taken over the streets of the UAE cities. You can find festive markets and gigantic Christmas trees in different shopping malls, with dressed-up Santas and elves waving to the guests as they pass by. Don’t forget to look up, you might find a couple of golden reindeers hovering over your head!

At Expo 2020 Dubai’s pavilions, decorations are found everywhere, as well as live roaming entertainment and festive projections offered to the visitors.

Egypt

Most Christians in Egypt belong to the Orthodox church that celebrates Christmas on January 7. However, decorations are hung and celebrations take place starting from December. In places like Al Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, Fifth Settlement and 6th of October, you’ll find numerous Christmas boxes scattered around, snowmen sculptures, as well as Christmas lights, filling the streets.

Jordan

In the capital city of Amman, warm, holiday feelings can be felt and witnessed. Many shops and cafes will put out decorations and Christmas lights. Also, many hotels and restaurants will offer special holiday meals for those craving a festive Christmas meal.

Bahrain

Bahrain is well known for having so many luxurious hotels that serve excellent Christmas celebrations and festivities. In the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and so many more, you’ll find all the kind of festivities you were yearning for.
