Leading the series is Salma Abu Deif, who is no stranger to stories set in the medical world.
Back in 2023, she appeared in Zeinhom as Jamila, assisting forensic scientist Zeinhom as he unraveled a murder mystery. More recently, during Ramadan 2026, she starred in Aard W Talab as Heba, a dedicated teacher desperately searching for a kidney donor to save her mother, who suffers from kidney failure. The role showcased Abu Deif’s ability to balance emotional depth with high-stakes drama, making Beng Kolli another exciting addition to her portfolio.
