In the recent years, the younger generations have started to adopt a more healthy lifestyle as they’ve become more health-conscious. Whether they’re following a better diet or exercising more often, the trend is growing really fast. To respond to the new resulting demand, many brands are trying to bring organic and sustainably grown food and beverages to the market. In light of these events, the Nile Ritz-Carlton in Cairo joined the initiative and started adopting the global market trend.

In an attempt to support local agribusiness, the prestigious hotel’s culinary team is embracing local farms as business partners. The Nile Ritz-Carlton has introduced the “Healthy Eating & Good for You Lifestyle” concept to its kitchens, offering premium quality food that’s much fresher, healthier, and higher in nutrients.

One of its offerings that’s worth mentioning is the “Farm to Table” brunch at Culina which is an unforgettable seasonal open-air dining experience. The event features a variety of fresh locally produced products; fruits, vegetables, quality meats, seafood, honey, dairy products, and more. Add to that refreshing live music and an “all you can drink” offer in collaboration with Al Ahram beverages; all organic, just so you know! Speaking of live music, a jazz band will put you in the right mood and create an overall inviting atmosphere so you could enjoy the event with your friends and family. Just in case you’re going with the family, it’s going to be kid-friendly. There will be plenty of activities for the little ones and a specially curated kids buffet for them as well.

Additionally, the hotel’s famous Italian restaurant, Vivo, will also be celebrating the “Farm to Table” concept. The restaurant will be serving its usual traditional Italian culinary creations with seasonal organic vegetarian promotions. Carimne Di Luggo, the restaurant’s native Italian, will be offering rotating local food specials complementing the original menu.

WE SAID THIS: So are you ready to indulge in the fusion of fresh flavors?
