Sole DXB 2023 In Action: Your Itinerary For Dubai’s Ultimate Urban Fest

Party and culture lovers get ready as the region’s coolest lifestyle and street-culture festival Sole DXB has returned for a jam-packed weekend of DJ sets, live performances as well as talks, workshops, sports tournaments, film screenings and much more. This year, we are once again seeing a return of “Hip Hop 50”, a celebration honoring hip-hop and rap music. The lineup of rap artists performing is worth the hype as it includes American rappers Busta Tunes, Joey Bada$$, Tobe Nwigwe, Jadakiss and many more. Along with that, Syrian-American spoken word poet Omar Offendum, the first ever female Turkish trap rapper Lil Zey as well as Sudanese rapper Nadine El Roubi will also be gracing the main stage.

Taking place at Dubai Design District, along with the live performances, visitors can also check out Occupied Pleasures, a photography exhibition by Jordanian award-winning photojournalist Tanya Habjouqa. Her exhibition is all about showcasing the resilience of humanity in finding joy amidst the challenges faced within occupied Palestine. Along with photography, there’s also a spot to hit up for fashion aficionados known as Spotlight by d3 which is a pop-up for fashionistas featuring a big collection of fashion and lifestyle brands.

Along with that are the many talks and workshops to attend including one by Karl Kani, the Costa Rican fashion designer known to style hip-hop artists like Tupac and Quake. Sole DXB 2023 truly has something for everyone. With the festival still ongoing until Sunday, you can hit up Dubai’s ultimate culture fest by getting festival tickets through Sole DXB’s official Instagram page.
