Sharmoofers left us speechless after finally releasing their brand new Moftaqed El Habiba. We cannot express how much we’re in love with the music video with all its aspects; the music, the lyrics, the storyline, the setting, everything. Don’t worry, we’ll go through it all from A to Z, but let’s just take a few minutes to appreciate their wonderful work of art.

Hey, we’re still here! We’re pretty sure it got stuck on replay for a while. The song is super different from what we’re used to from Sharmoofers; it even caught the attention of those who weren’t fans in the first place. As for the fans, maybe some were disappointed, but nobody could deny that the song’s super good and that the band surely leveled up after its release. After all, Sharmoofers? Singing about love and relationships? We should’ve seen that one coming after they were apparently dropping hints by interviewing couples on their web-series, Anest w Sharmaft. The Carousel World’s Daliah Galal, the band’s manager, definitely did an awesome job for this project to come to light in this beautiful form.
On the other hand, kudos to Hadi El Bagoury for the directing. Other than the general vibes, the color palette, the storyline, hats off for picking El Max’s ultimate seafood restaurant, El Loll, as a location for the shoot! We also fell in love with the chemistry between the beautiful Yasmin Raeis, Bob, and even Moe, their third wheeler. But isn’t that what makes it super realistic?
