In an attempt to bring Saudi Arabia closer to vision 2030; Marvel‘s blockbuster action movie, Black Panther, is going to be showing in Saudi theaters as a test screening movie this Wednesday in the country’s capital; Riyadh.
The screening will take place in the King Abdullah Financial District. The company that will be handling the screening, and maybe management of all theater halls in the country, is the US giant AMC Entertainment. They were among the first to be granted licenses to operate movie theatres in Saudi.
“It will be the first in a series of test screenings, attended by industry specialists, that will be held… to support final preparations for the opening of the cinema to the wider public,” said the information ministry’s Centre for International Communication.
