Although the investment amount remains undisclosed, this collaboration is aimed at advancing technological growth in the MENA region.
Founded in 2021 by Bashir Alsaifi, DataQueue specializes in providing businesses with high-quality annotated and labeled data for training artificial intelligence models.
Next-Level AI Solutions for Global Businesses

DataQueue offers innovative tools to help businesses adopt AI effectively:

• CallStudio: A speech analytics tool that monitors support center operations, automates tasks, and analyzes performance across 50+ languages.
• DQ Platform: An AI lifecycle management platform for data annotation, model training, and deployment, designed to lower technical barriers.
AI Investment Accelerates DataQueue’s Vision for Arabic and European Markets

DataQueue aims to develop the most advanced Arabic speech-to-speech AI model, solidifying its presence in Arabic-speaking and European markets. “We’re building enterprise AI that acts as an autopilot, not a copilot—focusing on real impact, not just features,” said CEO Bashir Alsaifi.
Regional Innovation and Collaboration
This investment builds on Ibtikar Fund’s prior support of DataQueue in August 2023. “DataQueue’s innovative solutions align perfectly with our vision to support disruptive technologies,” said Ambar Amleh, Managing Partner at Ibtikar Fund.
Flat6Labs Jordan Seed Fund echoed this enthusiasm. “We believe in the transformative potential of DataQueue’s AI solutions and are confident this investment will propel the company to new heights,” said General Manager Rasha Manna.
DataQueue aims to become the go-to AI partner for businesses worldwide, leveraging its expertise and strategic vision to drive technological advancement in the MENA region and beyond.
