One of the most popular touristic destinations in Dubai and the region will celebrate their silver anniversary with the 25th season this October! The Global Village is hands down the world’s leading multicultural amusement park that combines the cultures of 90 countries across the world in one place. On average, the village welcomes every year over 5 million visitors over an area of 17,200,000 sq ft.

It started out in the form of a number of kiosks in 1997 located on the Creek Side opposite to Dubai Municipality, and 25 seasons later, it’s what we see today, one of the biggest tourism, leisure, shopping, and entertainment project. The 2020-2021 season is expected to run from October 2020 until April 2021.

During the 25th season, the UAE, Palestine, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Morocco, Yemen, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Turkey were all represented with a pavilion. The upcoming season will still have an entry fee of AED15, and will be free for children under 3, seniors above 65, and people of determination (with one companion).

WE SAID THIS: Are you ready to pay the global village a visit on the 25th anniversary?
