Nine Lounge: A Sneak Peek at the First Restaurant to Open at the Giza Pyramids
Everyone is super excited to hear that in a few days a beautiful restaurant will open by the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Not only tourists but also Egyptians will love to try the new restaurant and enjoy this extraordinary view.
The restaurant will be called Nine Lounge, and it’s now undergoing its finishing touches and will be open very soon, taking into account all health requirements established by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Ministry of Health.
Nine Lounge comes as part of an overall development plan for the Giza pyramids, Orascom Pyramids, costing up to LE400 million. It will be the first of many services provided by Orascom Pyramids surrounding the necropolis according to a contract signed with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities to provide certain features for the first time in the region.
One of the services that will be provided is raising the standard of the local workforce through training courses, which will immensely reshape the whole experience of visiting the pyramids for tourists and Egyptians alike.
