Nicki Minaj to Perform in Jeddah

Female American rapper, songwriter, and singer, Nicki Minaj, is set to perform at a Jeddah music festival on the 18th of July. The music event will be the biggest of it’s kind gaining coverage from MTV.

The Grammy winner will perform at the King Abdullah Sports Stadium. Liam Payne, DJ R3wire, and Varsk will also be making an appearance.

The announcement has received much negative backlash and shocked locals. People took to social media expressing their confusion at her selection in the highly conservative kingdom.
