Mohamed Salah Beats Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in UEFA’s Latest Survey

Egyptians definitely have a reason to start their week feeling proud! Why, you say? Well, because Egyptian football player, Mohamed Salah — who currently plays for Liverpool, has just been awarded the best Champions League player of the week by The Union of European Football Association (UEFA).
A survey was released by UEFA that shows 51% of votes went to Salah, while 20% went to Argentine’s very own Lionel Messi, and the rest of them to Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo. If that doesn’t make you proud, we don’t know what will.

Last June, Liverpool has also announced that it has completed a £39 million, five-year signing of Salah.
