Fans from across the Arab world were surprised when it was announced a few weeks back that Superstar Mohamed Ramadan will portray the legendary actor, Ahmed Zaki, in a series called “El Embrator”. People were anticipating a once-in-a-lifetime performance while others didn’t like the idea at all. In a huge let down for Mohamed Ramadan’s fans, he just announced that the series will be postponed until a legal dispute is settled with Ahmed Zaki’s family.

However, he added in the announcement that things are already set for the next project, a series called “Moussa”, set to air in Ramadan 2021. The series will be written by Nasser Abdelrahman, directed by Mohamed Salama, and produced by Tamer Mursi.

The superstar has been making mad waves lately on several fronts. He became the first Egyptian artist to receive the Diamond Creator Award from YouTube after reaching 10 million subscribers, and his latest hit with International Star Super Sako, Tik Tok, appeared on New York City’s Times Square!
