Meet the Suggested Instagrammers of Egypt: @ihamdy13
Instagram is the only social network that has managed to create its own true community. The people behind Instagram were smart enough to encourage Instagrammers to challenge each other visually, resulting in Instagram’s eminent growth in a relatively short time.
With their weekend hashtag projects, featured users, suggested users and Instameets, they’ve ensured massive user engagement and lots of alluring shots.
I talked to the 11 Egyptian Instagrammers who have been specially featured and suggested by the official Instagram account to unravel the secrets of their photo successes.

Hamdy is a 24-year-old Veterinarian who saves time for his photography and meeting new Instagrammers.
“I was shocked when Instagram followed me and placed me among the suggested users,” he told us.

“I don’t really know the reason behind it, but in my pictures I try to show some art, the beauty of nature and special moments in life,” he continued. “And Egypt is full of art and beauty.”
Hamdy uses his iPhone camera as well as a Nikon D3100 to capture magnificent shots of his hometown, Alexandria.

He prefers to call himself a street photographer, shooting the beautiful randomness of Egyptian streets.
He thinks many Instagrammers post unique imagery and wishes that they would also be featured: @fawzyy, @adelessam, @bodyam, @mougraphy, @tareqibrahim, @itsmouchamounir, @engyymohsen, @dinasalama, @naggar_, @bebbax, and @owiseabuzaid.

“What I like the most about Instagram is that it makes me care about details and to pay more attention to pretty things around us,” Hamdy explained.
