Massive Fire at Alexandria’s Popular Restaurant Balba3

Tragic struck the pearl of the Mediterranean earlier today during Iftar when a fire broke out at popular restaurant Balbaa Downtown. The eatery was (and still is) one of Alexandria’s top places to have authentic Egyptian mashawy (gambary, kebab, kofta and everything in between).

Officials have not released a statement revealing the cause of the fire as investigations have not yet been completed.
