Lebanon Introduces Halal Clubbing For Teens: What’s The Story?
Picture this: You are a teenager who walks up to your parents to ask them if you can go to a nightclub, and they say yes. That is what happens all the way in a small town called Kaslik in Lebanon. In that town, there is a nightlife destination known as Hot Spot, a place where teenagers are the guests of honor.
Mocktails Anyone?
Hot Spot is a nightclub just like any other except for one thing: It caters to a crowd of teenagers, which means that, unlike an adult nightclub, no alcohol is served, and smoking is not allowed.
No alcohol? So, what can you drink at this nightclub? Well, every night, teenagers are served a roster of drinks that include beer, wine, and smoothies, all served without alcohol.
Ready To Dance?
Along with the delicious mocktails, every Friday and Saturday, the Hot Spot throws a special theme party. They just held a “Goodbye Summer” party and a “Back to School” party. During these special theme parties, you can also throw a fun birthday party or any other special occasion.
18 & Over: No Access
Yeah, you heard that right. Just as in a typical nightclub, there are age restrictions. The same can be said for Hot Spot, except in this nightclub, only 18 and under are allowed.
