Landlord From Hell

Meet Kip and Nicole Macy.

The married couple Nicole Mact, 37, and Kip Macy, 38 from San Francisco are now known as the landlords from hell. The Macys went to extreme lengths to drive tenants from a San Francisco apartment building and have pleaded guilty to several felonies.

Stole tenants’ belonging, locked them out, threatened them with a gun, and even cut holes in the floors. 

The Macys have literally lost their minds!

One of the most extreme acts was to cut a hole in the floor while the tenant was at home.

Assistant District Attorney Kelly Burke told CNN affiliate KTVU “he actually saw the saw coming up and trying to saw through.“

Apparently, Nicole Macy took the time to consult with a city building inspector to make sure she knew which beam to cut to make the building structurally unsound. 

Their side of the story was to drive renters out of their building in the increasingly pricey South of Market neighborhood.

The crimes occurred between 2005 and 2007.

After their 2009 grand jury indictment, the Macys fled to Italy. However, they did reach a plea deal after they were extradited and will each be sentenced to 4 years and 4 months in prison. 

Sentencing is scheduled for August.

After everything they’re going through, they manage to still have the time to threaten the tenants, they said that they will make sure that they are deported, said the district attorney’s office.
