Laithy Architects Unveil Ahmed Tarek’s Boutique-Style Coastal Mansion
For some time now, everyone has been buzzing about a particular mansion owned by Egyptian businessman and Shark Tank star Ahmed Tarek.
Well, we’ve got the scoop for you. We are going to introduce you to the creators of this very home. Bringing gorgeous summer houses to life is Laithy Architects, the Egyptian architectural firm that has worked on everything from Gouna havens to the North Coast’s Mediterranean tribal eatery known as Rituals.
They are the ones behind Tarek’s popular mansion, a mansion that feels like a boutique hotel on the North Coast. Meet “Lucien on Shore”:
A Look Inside
This mansion is home to 15 suites, which is why it gives the vibe of a boutique hotel. The expansiveness of the space is due to how the main architect behind the mansion, Laithy, managed to fuse two homes together. By doing so, the indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly.
With floor-to-ceiling glass windows, anyone staying inside the mansion will feel as though the outside world is part of the home. There is also an extended lap pool facing the picturesque turquoise sea.
The SHEWEKAR Collaboration
Within the massive mansion is furniture designed by SHEWEKAR, an award-winning interior design studio and gallery specializing in furniture design. They curated the furnishing touches, where white minimalist pieces blend seamlessly with the open-concept mansion.
