- Elaia: In 2023, A 77-feddan premium project with Ajad, marking the Saudi developer’s first entry into the Egyptian market.
- New Kairo: A large-scale collaboration in 2024 with G Developments across 1,760 feddans, designed to host fully integrated urban communities.
- Talala: Developed with Madinet Masr, this 491-feddan high-end project is a partnership signed in 2024 as well.
