Giraffes Go Viral On Facebook
It’s happening all over the world… Giraffes are taking over!
If you’re reading this now, save yourself before it’s too late. You’ve probably already seen them hovering around your timeline and wondered what the f***’s going on? Especially when your closest friends are changing their profile pictures to ones like these:
After some pointless research into the matter, we’ve uncovered the source of this giraffpandemic. Apparently there’s a new game on Facebook where a user must answer a riddle and if they get the answer wrong, he or she should change their profile picture into a giraffe for three days.
The viral quiz gained attention last Saturday, and although a quick Google search will yield the answer to the riddle, millions have decided to turn themselves into giraffes, proving that no one is really working during office hours.
Changing profile pictures in support of a cause is known as ‘pictivism’, however changing them into giraffes for no apparent cause… well there’s no definition for that. yet.
In case you’re wondering what the riddle is, it goes like this:
“3:00 am, the doorbell rings and you wake up. Unexpected visitors. It’s your parents and they are there for breakfast. You have strawberry jam, honey, wine, bread and cheese. What is the first thing you open?”
The most innovative answer from the comments below will win a bunch of virtual love… and a banana. Good luck!
