German Tourists Expected to Return to Egypt This Summer

Via The Telegraph

Just recently, German Chancellor Angela Merkel visited Cairo and it seems like it was a pleasant experience. Minister of Tourism, Yahya Rashid, announced on DMC talk show, Masa’a, that German tourism is returning to Egypt this summer. Rashid added that the ITB Berlin Tourism exhibition showed an increased confidence in the Egyptian market.

Germany, reportedly, removed its travel restriction to and from Sharm El Sheikh and South Sinai in January when the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure announced that they’re releasing German aviation companies from the obligation of flying at 26,000 feet above South Sinai.

From international athletes to Hollywood superstars spending quality time in our country, we can’t help but feel optimistic about the future of tourism in Egypt. May God keep our land safe.

WE SAID THIS: Could this actually be the end of Egypt’s hard times?
