El Gouna Secures 2028 World Fishing Championship After Successful 2024 Tournament

Egypt has been selected to host the 2028 World Championship for Fishing, following Spain’s withdrawal from organizing the event. The 36th edition of the championship will take place in the coastal town of El Gouna, located on the Red Sea, and will feature participants from 25 countries.
