Egyptians React to National Football Team Jerseys by Puma
The Egyptian Football Association unveiled its new Puma kit this Monday and the Internet can’t seem to accept anything these days. The new jerseys sparked controversy across social media for its unconventional design.
Football fans described it as ‘a loading web page’, ‘a television jam’, and ‘Chipsy Tiger’, but most commonly fans thought the photo was blurred due to a weak Internet signal or an intentional means to visually distract opposing teams.
While Osman Badran, Founder and Managing Director of The Brand Bees, took it upon himself to ask the team to stop accepting anything less than branding perfection, almost everyone else resorted to memes.
