Property Developer, Emaar, released a statement announcing plans to build the Middle East’s biggest Chinatown. The promising project will be located at the center of the Dubai Creek Harbour mega-development.
Designed to lure Chinese tourists to the Emirates, the new Chinese-themed shopping complex will include restaurants, local and international fashion brands. Moreover, Emaar has already opened offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou to promote tourism, education, and investment in the UAE.
The news followed the launch of a new dedicated 24-hour radio station called “The Sound of the Dubai Dragon” which will serve the resident Chinese population in the UAE. Moreover, the Chinese president Xi Jinping arrived on Thursday in the country for a three-day visit.
