Dubai Metro’s Route 2020 is Already 50% Completed In Less Than a Year
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced on Saturday, 10th of March, that they are done with 50% of the Dubai Metro’s Route 2020. The government has started working on the 15KM tunnel since October 2017 and their progress on the tunnel so far is considered to be groundbreaking.

The Tunnel is planned to go all the way from Al Furjan to Dubai Investment Park (DIP), and it will help reduce traffic in what is known as busy neighborhoods in the area.

According to Gulf news; Mattar Al Tayer, Director of the Roads and Transport Authority, inspected the site recently and announced that all tunnel-related works will be completed by December this year.
