Dubai Crown Prince Launches 04 Platform Allowing Residents To Submit Feedback

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has launched “04 Platform” which will allow residents to file a complaint as well as offer suggestions and criticism to Dubai authorities. The platform will also enable citizens to speak directly with local leaders about improvements that can be done to Dubai’s facilities and infrastructure.

Sheikh Hamdan told Arabian Business that “we have learned invaluable lessons from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, that being proactive is the key to the government of the future.

The platform was developed by the Dubai Model Centre and the Dubai Digital Authority, with the participation and coordination of more than 40 government entities.

To submit their feedback in less than two minutes, customers need to follow these three simple steps that include: visiting the website, selecting the feedback category then receiving a reference number for tracking, and following up on their inquiries.

Additionally, 04 Platform supports submission through WhatsApp, where users can add 600500055 as a contact and then message directly to provide their feedback.
