Congrats Tattoo Enthusiasts! El Gouna Gets Its First InkShop

Whether you’re covered in tats or prefer to remain ink-free, there’s no denying that tattooing is an art! So, if you’re currently in Egypt, we’re here to spread the word on one of our favorite and most talented tattoo artists around town who will definitely inspire you to get inked. Situated in the heart of Zamalek, The InkShop LTD is one of the oldest, most established, and certified tattoo and piercing parlors in Egypt.

The founder, operator, and mastermind behind the InkShop is the one and only Alia Fadaly, who has chosen a different path from our society’s norm where tattooing is considered a taboo. Instead, Alia decided to follow her passion and went against the status quo, pouring her heart into tattoo designing. Alia currently holds a BA in Interior Design and she has definitely succeeded in leveling up her craft.

The InkShop has joined in many international tattoo conventions, with the most recent one being The Amsterdam International Tattoo Convention back in 2019. And that’s not it, as the shop also has a solid international client base, both regionally and internationally, including clients from Dubai, Berlin, and Amsterdam.

We saved the best for last though; the latest piece of good news is that The InkShop actually opened a new branch in El Gouna where all tattoo addicts out there can now enjoy their very relaxing tattoo experience with a sea view, and in a super artsy environment. And the cherry on top is that all Gounies will get a 10% discount…for life!!

Alia has blessed us with a few tips on how to take good care of your tattoos while they heal. First, you must not be directly exposed to the sun and should not get soaked in water, we understand the temptation is strong when living in such a beautiful city like Gouna, but the tattoo needs two weeks to heal properly, and during this period you cannot go swimming and you must always use the aftercare cream at least four times a day to keep the tattoo moisturized till it heals perfectly. Eventually, after the healing process is over, sunscreen is vital to keep your body ink vibrant and radiant.

WE SAID THIS: Make sure to check the Instagram page for updates on the surprise guest artist!
