Actress Sofia Vergara Headlines VIA Riyadh’s New Promo Video
Colombian-American actress, Sofia Vergara known for her fiery character Gloria on Modern Family and judge at America’s Got Talent will be adding one more title to her ever-growing list of accomplishments by headlining VIA Riyadh’s new promotional video.
Rocking a pink dress, Vergara jumps from shopping, tasting delectable food to getting entertained at the movie theatre. The video closes off with her saying, “VIA Riyadh is the place to be.”
General Authority for Entertainment Chairman Turki Al-Sheikh who first shared the video of the luxury destination announced that visitors will be welcomed in VIA Riyadh starting May 11. The anticipated luxury space will include 23 global brands, 17 high-end restaurants and seven different cinemas catering to visitors’ eclectic tastes.
VIA Riyadh is part of Saudi’s entertainment sector with the aim of diversifying the economy as part of the 2030 vision.
It’s important to note, this isn’t Vergara’s first time in the Kingdom as she attended the Joy Awards earlier this year, 2023.
This collaboration between Vergara and VIA Riyadh comes as no surprise as the Kingdom is known for pulling out all the stops when it comes to star power representing its luxury businesses.
