Egypt’s Military Museums Offer Free Entry To Mark 6 October Victory
Military Museums will allow free entry for the public until the 6th of October to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the October War victory.
The museums open free include Port Said Museum, Qalaa Military Museum, Alamein and Panorama October. The Cabinet has established the 5th as a paid national holiday.
This initiative aims to promote military accomplishment and national patriotism for the youth and the country’s citizens.
The day marks Egypt’s historical triumph over Israel, a victory that led to the freedom of Sinai and was accomplished under the Governance of the late President Anwar El-Sadat.
