WIRED IN: Microsoft Launches Office for iPhone

It’s about time that Microsft have graced the iOS users with something from their 2nd most used software package in the world, Office! Yes, they launched an Office Mobile, dubbed FREE of charge, but actually requires that you have a Office 365 account for $10/month or $100/year. If you have signed up your business for this it would be wise to also invest in Office 365 Monitoring software too.

It allows you to read and edit Word, Powerpoint and Excel documents on the go in a really smart, helpful way. Still no version of the iPad though (makes more sense to do ipad first no?), Microsoft have promised deliver it soon.

This all begs for one question; is this gonna affect the number of Surface consumers? This is a typical dilemma of software/hardware prescence for giants in the likes of Microsoft.
