Here’s How you can Partake in The ‘Arab Hope Makers’ Initiative
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum keeps leaving us speechless with his vision and efforts. The Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has just launched a second round of the Arab Hope Makers award. The largest Arab initiative, celebrating philanthropic efforts, encourages optimists to submit their stories on the event’s official website for a chance to win AED 1 million award.
Arab hope makers from all age groups can apply, your skill has to be positive, and also you need to speak the language of giving, and the only experience needed is humanitarian, volunteering or community-based projects. The award will celebrate those who fight against social, economic, health and psychological issues, and empower marginalized and neglected segments of the society.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed said “There are thousands of people who work silently and tirelessly to help others – these are the true heroes who deserve to be honored. We will take these people’s extraordinary stories, and continue to fight despair and pessimism with their spirit of positive change. In the face of frustration, future generations need to hear their inspiring experiences. I invite everyone in the Arab world to join us on our journey of spreading hope – everyone has something to contribute.”
