Saudi Egyptian Developers By NUCA Gears Up For Second Phase Sale Of Arabesque Project

The Saudi Egyptian Developers by New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has officially completed the first phase of its Arabesque apartments project located in Magra El-Oyoun area.

In heart of Old Cairo, over the span of just one day, the first phase was entirely sold. As the company gears up to sell its second phase, here’s everything you need to know about the real estate project.

Located near the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization and overlooking the Fustat Park, the Arabesque project connects to several roads and bridges acorss Cairo such as Salah Salem road.

The Arabesque project is being built on an area of 95 acres, and houses about 79 buildings containing 1,924 residential units of diverse sizes.
