RamaScoops: Mountain View Meets the Hulk

MountainViewRamadanSince last year, the guys over at Mountain View have been impressing us with their Ramadan TVC ads. This time around, they have taken it a bit over the edge with the Hulk inspired sales pitch.

The ad depicts an exaggerated manifestation of how frustrating it is to be to living in wonderful Cairo. I mean, we can all relate to the annoying situations we live through day by day, like being stuck in traffic for longer than you’d want, trying to sleep but the ruckus of good old Cairo just won’t let you and – the most annoying of all – those double parked cars.

Haven’t seen the ads yet? Check them out here:

On a serious note, though: I’m a bit tired of the bourgeoisie extremism that is being portrayed in most of the real estate ads lately (including Moussa Coast’s) that constantly point to how unbearable the country is and wanting to break free and live the American dream of a garden, dog and nice little white mailbox with a red flag.
Keep doing this a couple of years more and these compounds will get raided by the underprivileged who think it’s heaven on the other side of the fence… Just saying.
You can show how great your real estate project is without blaspheming the everyday life of an average Cairene.
