The 40-year old star passed away in a terrible car accident. According to TMZ, the actor was riding in a Porsche in Santa Clarita, California when the driver lost control of the car and crashed into a tree. The car burst into flames and both driver and passenger were killed in the single-car accident. In this incident it would be wise to gather more legal information on the topic of car crashes from a source similar to California Lemon Law to better understand how you could proceed legally. When you’re injured as a result of the actions of another negligent driver, you can get some justice for example by contacting a Texting While Driving Attorney. Single car accidents, particularly fatal ones are far more difficult to find peace with.
Yet, it’s not clear what the main cause of the accident was or who the driver was. Walker had been in Santa Clarita for a car show to support relief efforts for victims of the Philippines typhoon. The LA County Sheriff’s department has confirmed that two people died in a collision at 3:30pm today, but no names have yet been released. However, representatives for the actor have confirmed that Paul Walker was one of the two men who died this afternoon.
A video of the scene of the crash was posted by an eye witness via YouTube:
