I was in Barcelona for the week, so I once again managed to fail epically at my challenge. But I did fly on EgyptAir which is DEFINITELY an Egyptian experience.
Hady: Ran 92.2 km out 42.195
Renewing avgym subscription is an experience that I’ve never had the pleasure of experiencing before today. All of my life, whenever I’d decide to “get healthy”, I’d pay for a one-month subscription at the gym, go for three weeks and then go back to pizza and pasta. This time, it’s different. We’re halfway through and I’ve already achieved my goal twice, but I’ll keep pushing and I’m definitely not stopping now!

I thought maybe meditation isn’t my thing, so I went to a yoga class. I would consider that 45 minutes of meditation!

After I finally went to my first drum session, I got really really sick. I think that’s what this phrase literally means: “3een w sabetny!” I hope I get better by next week and continue my sessions.
