Kanye Saved by Nietzche?

Kannye West; a name that is almost as famous as Jesus at this point, just had a lawsuit dismissed thanks to his reference to Nietzche. Based on the accusations from Vincent Peters who sued Kanye for apparently stealing his track Stronger in 2006 and producing it for his own multi platinum selling album in 2007.

Kanye was very strong willed stating that the lyrics in the song being “That, that don’t kill me only make me stronger” as well as Peter’s lyrics both stem from the same Philospher’s preach “From life school of war: what does not kill me makes me stronger”. He then continued to mention multiple other songs in the industry that may be accused of the same crime with the most recent being Kelly Clarkson with her number 1 hit, Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You). 

With the basic conclusion being that Nietzche has had a great effect on lyrics in the music industry with no real basis of arresting Kanye as if anything the proper accuser was put to rest centuries ago.
